New branding on existing print and digital InDesign templates

It is always exciting to have change and also lots of work to create a rebrand for the designer. Once the designer has created the guidelines the artworker can apply this. Updating existing styles (text / fonts) and changing swatches, if a template is set up well it can be a quick change over.

Print and digital artwork can be created the same InDesign file and then small changes made e.g. hide a layer with QR codes on, use different PDF settings you have your digital artwork. Easy when you know how. See Sarahjane’s references from Newmarket Holidays.

Newspaper InDesign templates with Newmarket Holidays branding

Newmarket Holidays are base in Surrey, Sarahjane worked remotely in Brighton. She used Adobe CC, Asana, a work management app and Microsoft Teams. Worked closely with marketing, the account manager and the brand graphic design team. Using newspaper and magazine InDesign templates with the Newmarket branding. Layouts where updated with the latest tour images, text, T&Cs and prices. Once approved by the team, a print ready PDFs was sent to the relevant media partners.

The amazing team are highly organised with shared spreadsheets and weekly meetings. Work included planned adverts to last minute print deadlines.
