New Branding on Existing Print and Digital InDesign Templates

It is always exciting to have change and also lots of work to create a rebrand for the designer. Once the designer has created the guidelines the artworker can apply this. Updating existing styles (text / fonts) and changing swatches, if a template is set up well it can be a quick change over.

Newspaper and Magazine InDesign Templates Using Newmarket Holidays Branding

Newmarket Holidays, based in Surrey, required remote artwork support from Sarahjane Jackson, a Brighton-based freelance artworker. Working with Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana project management software, and Microsoft Teams, Sarahjane collaborated closely with the marketing team, account managers, and the in-house brand design team.

Using approved newspaper and magazine InDesign templates, Sarahjane updated layouts with the latest tour imagery, copy, prices, and terms and conditions while maintaining strict brand consistency. Once approved, print-ready PDFs were supplied to the relevant media partners for publication. Working with a highly organised team using shared spreadsheets and regular meetings, Sarahjane supported both planned advertising campaigns and last-minute print deadlines, delivering accurate artwork efficiently within a fast-paced marketing environment.
