Newmarket Holidays, based in Surrey, required remote artwork support from Sarahjane Jackson, a Brighton-based freelance artworker. Using approved newspaper and magazine InDesign templates, Sarahjane updated layouts with the latest tour imagery, copy, prices, and terms and conditions while maintaining strict brand consistency. Once approved, print-ready PDFs were supplied to the relevant media partners for publication. Working with a highly organised team using shared spreadsheets and regular meetings, Sarahjane supported both planned advertising campaigns and last-minute print deadlines, delivering accurate artwork efficiently within a fast-paced marketing environment.

Working within strict brand guidelines, Sarahjane ensured consistency across every layout, carefully flowing in translated copy, placing product imagery, and maintaining the approved design structure. Images were downloaded from online storage and organised correctly, creating a reliable filing system for future artwork updates.

Using the latest Adobe InDesign software, Sarahjane created accurate page layouts and supplied PDFs for client amendments and proofing comments. Her organised artwork approach helped deliver high-quality, print-ready files efficiently within a busy production environment.
