Sarahjane’s tip to help decide on a size for your flyer or leaflet is to get a print estimate first, for single or double sided. Plus a sample is very handy to touch and feel the quality and to see the size of the font and images.

Resizing a layout from an A4 folder into A5 leaflet

Propeller’s Senior Designer had created the basic template in A4. The artwork was to be resized to A5, obviously the font would be too small with a reduced print so a new layout using the existing components had to be created. Once this template was approved, all the other 12 golf course leaflets had to be created, changing the elements for each individual features. This also lead to creating handbooks, flyers, business cards and brochures in-house.
