Polishing-Up PowerPoint Presentations – Freelance Artworker in Brighton

Freelance Artworker Formatting Microsoft Documents for Presentation or Print

Sarahjane helps businesses transform PowerPoint presentations and Microsoft documents into professional, branded communications. Over the years, she has supported companies by formatting layouts, applying brand guidelines, and creating consistent presentations that look polished and easy to follow.

PowerPoint is designed to be edited by anyone, but without careful formatting slides can quickly become inconsistent. Sarahjane uses her artwork skills to tidy layouts, align images, standardise fonts, and apply colours and design elements to match existing branding or a designer’s creative direction.

For presentations that require a fixed, non-editable format, Sarahjane can also create layouts in Adobe InDesign and export them as high-quality interactive PDFs. This gives businesses complete control over the final appearance while maintaining professional presentation standards.

Sarahjane provided PowerPoint and Word document artwork support for Chapman Freeborn.

Home Office Adobe InDesign and Photoshop Artwork

Working remotely from her home office, Sarahjane Jackson was commissioned to create a staff stock catalogue using existing website branding, including colours, logos, and fonts. The 26-page catalogue featured a simple, structured table layout with product images, designed to grow over time while remaining flexible and easy to update. Sections could be added or removed while maintaining the required order and consistency.

Following the success of the first catalogue, Sarahjane produced two additional catalogues, two order forms, and a printed stock leaflet. Using the latest Adobe Creative Cloud software, she created the layouts in Adobe InDesign, prepared print-ready PDFs, and managed the proofing process by supplying files for amendments and manager feedback.
