Professional Report Graphs and Charts Designed in Adobe Illustrator

Sarahjane creates professional graphs and charts in Adobe Illustrator, including spider graphs, radar charts, bar charts, and other data visualisations, before importing them into Adobe InDesign report layouts. Using supplied data, she carefully matches colours, typography, and styling to your brand, ensuring every chart integrates seamlessly with the overall document design.

For a 240-page legal report, Sarahjane produced more than 40 bespoke graphs alongside numerous tables and supporting graphics. Once the first graph was approved, she efficiently created the remaining charts, maintaining complete consistency throughout the report and helping the project stay on schedule.

Every graph is designed to fit the available page space while presenting complex data in a clear, accurate, and visually engaging way. Working closely with consultants and project teams, Sarahjane ensures all charts are easy to understand, brand compliant, and ready for both print and digital publication.

Collating Microsoft Word Files in Adobe InDesign

Working remotely as a freelance artworker, Sarahjane Jackson was tasked with combining a collection of Microsoft Word research documents into a single, easy-to-navigate interactive PDF. The finished 226-page publication featured a fully linked table of contents, appendices, and internal hyperlinks, making it simple for readers to find information quickly.

Using Adobe InDesign, Sarahjane imported and formatted the Microsoft Word files, creating a professional, print-ready layout while maintaining consistency throughout the document. The final interactive PDF was then optimised to reduce the file size, making it easy to email to clients around the world without compromising quality.

Microsoft Word can be tamed by a designer!

Sarahjane created a Microsoft Word template for University of Cambridge, using Fruit Design‘s InDesign template. They wanted a template to help standardise all their paperwork. Fruit Design’s designer had created the new brand, Sarahjane recreated this style into Microsoft Word. Using headers, footers and Microsoft styles to create a variety of templates. Once these templates are save, it is hard to save over, always giving you a new document.
