Freelance Artworker for an Award-Winning Design Agency

Working to demanding print deadlines, Sarahjane was hired by the award-winning design agency Wild Dog Design to provide freelance artwork support across a range of client projects. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager and Senior Designer, she flowed text and images into approved layouts, implemented client amendments from PDF sticky notes, and prepared accurate, print-ready PDF files.

Projects included artwork for brands such as Tropical Sky, Discover the World, Ciceroni, Inus, Sunvil, Mountain Kingdom and Neilson. By providing reliable artwork production and meticulous attention to detail, Sarahjane helped the agency deliver high-quality printed marketing materials on time and to specification.

Working remotely as a freelance artworker, Sarahjane created a range of digital and print-ready artwork for this family-run business. The project included designing eBay banners, website icons, logos, and promotional graphics in Adobe InDesign, before exporting them in the correct file formats, including PNG, JPEG, and print-ready PDF.

The artwork was then adapted for a variety of applications, including vinyl window graphics, posters, adverts, favicons, and Gravatar images, ensuring consistent branding across both digital and printed media. By supplying the correct file formats for every purpose, Sarahjane helped the business present a professional and cohesive brand wherever it appeared.

Legal Document Updated with New Brand Colours and Logos

Microsoft Word documents are often supplied with inconsistent formatting, including mixed fonts, colours, and layouts. Sarahjane transforms these documents into professional, branded publications by importing them into Adobe InDesign, applying consistent styling, and carefully adjusting the layout to fit within the required page count while maintaining readability.

For GSBA, Sarahjane updated a legal document with new brand colours and logos, recreated terms and conditions layouts, produced an interactive PDF, made amendments to existing projects, and supported the creation of an EPUB. Her attention to detail and structured approach ensures complex documents are accurate, accessible, and ready for both print and digital use.
